I was born in central PA and lived there until college graduation. I then moved to central Illinois where I lived for 30+ yeas before returning back to Central PA in 2010. I'm in my mid-50's and have about 120 pounds to lose as well as keeping off the 20 I have lost. I've been overweight as far back as I can remember and have yo-yo dieted for many years. It's time to lose it and keep it off forever. Health issues are my main motivator. I have a hip and knee problem which may limit me somewhat but I'm looking for ways to work around that. I recently retired so there is no longer the "I don't have time" excuse! It's time to get serious and get healty in 2013.
