Below you'll find an image where I've broken down a week's menu by Macronutrient. At the time I was on a very low-carb/high protein diet at 1,500 Calories a day. I wouldn't reccomend this for everyone .. but I tend to do better when I cut down on carbs. This is just an example of how you can start creating your own Food Plan.
