Video Teaching: I will deliver the course lesson via several pre-recorded messages every week. You can log in at anytime once the videos have been released to view your lesson - making the course easily fit in to your active life!

Challenge Work: Consider this your homework every week. I will offer you various challenges to complete prior to the Live Q&A and Chat sessions. This work must be completed prior to each Live Webinar.

LIVE Webinar and Q&A: Each week you'll attend a Live Webinar - offered on Mondays or Wednesday nights. During the live webinar, I will be available to chat and answer any questions you might have.
