WHAT TO BRING:

Extra InfoYou will get stronger over the course of the bootcamp. You should own about 3 pairs of dumbbells. Women should bring a pair of 10's, 15's and 25 lb dumbbells and men should bring a pair of 15's, 20's and 30 lb dumbbells. In addition, at the first session, we will discuss the importance of having a good pair of shoes and a heart rate monitor and provide coupons for them. |
